Delivery & Offloading FAQ

Do I need to be home?

We prefer it, but not required — as long as the site is ready.

Can the driver place the container exactly where I want it?

Yes — if access allows. Tight locations may need a crane.

Will the truck damage my driveway or land?

Heavy trucks can leave impressions in soft soil; prepare the ground properly.

How do I know if my site is suitable?

Send us photos or a quick video — we’ll confirm for you.

What if it rains before delivery?

Let us know — we may need to reschedule to avoid unsafe ground conditions.
